20 pounds 2 months I thought it was impossible

1 word WOW I weighted myself about a week ago, and I am AMAZED in 2 months I have gone from 170 mpounds of fat to 150 pounds, still got a little bit of fat but compared to what it was not HALF as much in fact I am starting to see the beginings of a 6 pack, I have NEVER had a 6 pack but at this rate I could have one by the time I hit college

I LOVE my abroller and I also have a tredmill that I just recently bought.it is AMAZING how much energy I now have compared to 2 months OK

for those of you having trouble losing weight know this I AM AMAZINGLY LAZY AND EVEN I COULD DO THIS SO IF I CAN DO IT ANYONE CAN AND I MEAN ANYBODY.

well done on the weight loss i have put on a bit myself and its hard to exercise when you are an alcohlic never feel well enough i have a abb roller never used it thoe may start, anyway well done

all I did was use my abroller/treadmill and I have for the most part stoped drinking (not alcohol just drinking in general) as I find if I drink I eat more but if I dont I get fuller quicker.

I quit drinking during meals sorry about that, no not quit drinking anything or I'd be dead, just drinking during meals and yes that DOES include water, but I never drank water to begin with I drank coke/juic well anything I should NOT have been drinking, I drank it
