Hey all, Just got back from my vacation to Laughlin/Vegas and thought I would check in. The last 24 hrs. have been some recoop. time. Then there's the unpacking and getting resettled and ready for work tomorrow. Unfortunately I pulled something in my upper back area while unpacking the car, that now I hurt alot. Hopefully it will be gone before tomorrow or it will be hard for me to drive the bus. I see lots of activity took place this week. Good! My week was pretty good. I amazingly was very good about food while on vac. We mostly did buffet's, and you know how that can go when you can eat all you want. But I did good about not overdoing. I just put very small amounts of things I wanted. I got tons of exercise from all the walking up and down the river walk with my daughter. Plus our room was on a third floor and had to take stairs. Well there was an elevator, but the stairs were closer to the room. Plus one day I took my daughter swimming. I was so tired yesterday that I spent all day in bed (my own bed, yeah!) and slept. Today, however, I am up and trying to get myself ready for work tomorrow. It's good to be back and great to see everyone here, I've missed you all.

Pony - Hope your back is better this morning. I to am glad you are back, we missed you! Being good on vacation...that is awesome. Taking the stairs instead of the elevator, smart lady. That is the good think about vacations, we always do alot of walking. Again, glad you are home safe and sound and hope your back is not hurting to much.
