Okay here's the scoop. I'm 56, so, I'm in that low metabolism, can't lose a pound, period of life. It's NOT that I don't exercise, believe me, I am hyperactive to the extreme. The pounds just won't come off. Anyway, to make a long story short. Current weight 124#...my goal is 106# (I'me very short by the way) and started it Friday...so I'll be the guinea pig. I am, along with taking this increasing my exercise, and watching what I eat..more salads, less white stuff. hugs to all

Moose, my sister-in-law started taking it at the beginning of January and stopped last Saturday. Sunday she didnt feel well at all and then Monday thought she was having a nervous breakdown. It lasted for about a week. We think it happened cause she just stopped cold turkey, so just be careful. You know we love you and dont want anything to happen to you!

Moose, thanks for joining us down here ED.... I would also be interested in knowing what your experience is with using this product. I am assuming that you are under a dr.'s care with this...right? Take care and watch any side effects. Keep us updated.

Pony, Nope not under a Dr.care, but taking as directed. I don't have any health issues to contradict taking it. And, I'm a R.N. so I'm watching for any adverse effects. Hugs,

Hi, Diane, I love your "Mooselips" and your sig re dragons. Only thing is, I wouldn't be very crunchy so maybe I'm safe? lol I'll be interested to hear how it goes. Next month I attain 55 so I'm in the same category. Good luck with your efforts and I hope everything goes smoothly. |

Here's a question I have that maybe we could look over. When I was at work, a young girl, probably age 30, would go to the gym every day after, or before work, and work out for an hour. She was very thin, didn't need to lose weight, said she wanted to tone up. I've often wondered.... When that person gets older and their metabolism slows, wouldn't she have to REALLY kick it up a zillion notches, because of her history of going to the gym when she was younger? I've often wondered, when I go by a Bally's and see the parking lot full. LOL, Just thinking.... Svelte hugs to all,

Moose, I've read that in order to increase metabolism, and increase the likelihood of loosing weight, we should lift weights. No, we do not have to become body builders with bulging muscles. But, muscles burn more calories than fat when active, and continue buring at a higher rate when in a resting mode. Shalom!
