Hi all Been posting some negative stuff lately and i know that's okay because i have to be honest about how i am feeling but wanted to post something positive for a change. Woke up this morning after another night of little sleep but i am full of energy, WOW!!!!! The sun is shining here and it always makes me feel good and full of life. Got on the site before work to do my food plan and read a few posts which was great. Drove to workk singing to my favourite CD and life don't feel overwhelming. I know this is just for today but what a day i am going to have. Love to all who share my way of life
