Hanging in

Hey all, I am still hanging in here. Have been making some good changes in my food schedule that seem to be working out so that I am not overeating at night. I am trying to keep up with the food journal here with Jack. I haven't gotten back to the gym as of yet, but I am thinking in that direction. I have been getting in some types of exercise, just now the cardio, but I am feleing motivated to go.

Sorry I haven't been posting much...I am still so very tired at night I can hardly get through reading some of them without drifting off to sleep here at the computer. Oh and believe me it's not what I am reading....it's me. You all have some really interesting days and I am very interested in what's going on.

Well, speaking of tired, I am of to bed right now. Check in tomorrow morning.

Sounds like good, hard work, Pony. Both your daily job (I'm assuming and almost hoping this is why you are so tired at night) and with your food schedule.

I can tell you read everyone's posts, even if you don't reply. I can feel it. and your support and love. Right back at ya! <3

Ahh, Thanks Mina. Yes, my daily job does make me tired. I am a school bus driver and on the road most of the day. Some days it's all day and by the time I get home I can't keep my eyes open to even finish eating dinner. Plus I have my daugher's soccer practices and karate class and other obligations that come in there somewhere...lol....by the time I do get here, I only get to the reading of everyone's posts.

I try to keep up and give support.....I even have to get caught up in the food journal thread.... I am behind in my posting. But I am keeping up with my journal here at home. It goes with me.
