| Crazy day for me
Past three days have been so weird for me. I eat just a little breakfast and little lunch and dinner. I dont feel hungry but my head says yes by giving me a headache the size of a football field. lol. Then around 8 or 9 I get so hungry. hate you force myself to eat more then my stomach is like no more food but then at night I eat junk food. Any idea way this may be happeneing. Or any suggestion on god snacks that I can get when I get hungry like this. Shana

Hi Shana, I don't have any smart suggestions for you, except that maybe you need to get your glucose level checked and your thyroid checked too. I just wanted to post here to let you know that I heard you and I do care about what you're dealing with. I wish that I could help. Maybe someone will be along soon to help. Hey there Shana, I've only got a moment here, but also wanted to pop in here and say, I hear ya, girl. My eating schedule is so erratic, my body doesn't know when to be hungry...lol Anyway, I did want to say that, it is actually better for you to eat several small meals throughout your day instead of big ones during the day. When you do that, you feed your body so it doesn't have a chance to feel that huge hunger pain...which you don't want and can make you eat too much to get rid of. At night, maybe if you kept some fruit or veg.s...like carrots or celery... they are good snack foods. Also, fat free pretzles can help alot. Glad to see ya here...lots of hugs

maybe try spacing your meals out every 3 hours and eat even if you are not hungry at that time. It should keep yout insulin levels even....
