Hi, I happened to try some other views/forums a couple weeks ago that I hadn't thought to look at and realized ED was here. I've been focused on Al-Anon, but realize I have my own addiction I want to face and get serious about dealing with.

It's late and I'll write more tomorrow. Thanks so much for being here.

Oh I see that emoticon over there on the right, the one doing jumping jacks, and I should be doing that right now, lol. Actually, I do enjoy walking and am starting to get back into doing that.

Haven't been here for a bit because of bad headaches, maybe sinuses, but am finally seeing them fade today. So hope to be here more often.

Okay, tomorrow morning my plan is to walk on the treadmill for five minutes. Eventually I will work back up to a half hour every other day, then every day. That's the plan for now. I know I can do five minutes for sure.
