Anyone have any interesting websites on salt/sodium? I'm curious about similiar statistics on that as well. I'm always trying to be conscious of both sugar and sodium because while too much sugar is obviously bad, too much sodium is also, but it can make you bloated which is no good! Anyhow, please share if anyone has come across anything. |
