Hello out there, I'm wondering were everyone has gotten to. I feel all alone here. The holidays came and went and so did you all. Well, incase there's anyone reading these I would like to say that I made it through the holidays with pretty good results. the other day I was able to wear a pair of pants that I haven't been able to zip up since before last summer. Does anyone know how good that made me feel. Well I'll tell you--- GREAT ! Eventhough I really haven't been totally behavng myself with the food, I must be still doing something right. So I say to myself, it's time to really get busy and be serious about getting healthy. I havebeen walking with a co-worker. But now I need to start to seriously watching my food. Well thanks for listening. Pony For a healthier today!

!!!!!!!Congradulations!!!!!!!!!You don't have to go out and spend more money on the next size up!!!!! My first love was food, and it evolved into other addictions that I have gotten under control, but am back at sqare one. I smoke and have been cutting down on that, with a compromise, wieght gain. To bad self love dosn't mean self indulgence, or even self nuglect.

Hi Pony, I'm here. Holidays went fine, it was the let down after the holidays that got to me! I got out of hand with cookie dough and gained 3 pounds, but lost it again last week. Whew! I had to look at what I was trying to avoid, and actually have been working at straightening things out in real life. You know, working on the REAL problem. And I feel better. A little tender, like I still need to spend a lot of time turning it over, but it feels good to be dealing in reality at least. Take care! Pray Lady |

ALRIGHT !! There's some life out there yet. Hi Pray Lady. Great to hear form you. I know what you mean about the cookie dough. I had to many leftover goody things around here and I just found myself giving them away or just dumping them in the trash. At first I kringed but then I had this feeling of relief that I don't have to worry that I would break down and get into them. But as you say living in reality, and my reality is that I could have eaten my way through all that I had sitting here on my counter. Thanks for the congrats sssalas. It's that kind of support that I look forward to. I try to give myself a pat on the back but for my good work, but I still fall short in the self-esteem area. Tomorrow is coming with a great new sunrise. Enjoy, Pony
