Smile New Plan and Start

The holidays for me were good but the eating was not good. So now that i am back at school a new plan has come. I have only been back for four days now but it is good. NO sweets and I am okay with that. No going to the desert bar we have after eating which is a little challenging since all my friends go and get something but that is ok. I have worked out two days now and have rode 14 1/1 miles on the bike. I love the bike. Attitude is different I don't know what happened but it is different.

Well I jut wanted to update and that you know how I was doing

love,
Shana

Hi Shana,
It's so good to hear from you again. I'm glad that you updated us and you do sound so much better. Wow. Have you considered joining us on the abstinence from Obvious Sweets thread? We are encouraging and supporting each other in our journey to live without the deserts, too. We'd love to have you join us or you could just continue to update this thread.

Congrats on getting started with that exercise and riding the bike. That's a very healthy thing to do for so many reasons. I'm so proud of you. It really does sound like you've had an attitude change and attitude is everything, really. I hope that you'll come back here as often as possible because you'll need support. You don't have to take this journey alone.

Hey Shana, You sound so good. I am glad. I am happy that you have refocused on yourself again. I know that times have been rough, but you are a strong person and I am proud of you for making each day the best you can.

It is all about attitude, that's where the success comes in. We will be glad to hear about your journey and give any support you need.

Hugs

Thanks guys. I am still doing good but I did have sweets yesterday and today at lunch. It was only at meal time. There is no junk in my room so I can't eat it there lol. But I am working on it and that is okay.

Yes I will look at the abstaince of thread and check it out.

I am going to work out tonight I did not yesterday to give my knee a rest.

love,
Shana
