Happy New Year... 2007

Just wanted to wish everyone here in the ED forum a happy new years day and hope that the coming 2007 year brings many wonderful things your way.

Now this is the typical time of year that everyone makes those resolutions to get fit...or change this or that....ok, that good. Make those resolutions and share them her with us.......then keep coming back and checking also....keep them, share your progress. Through support here we can follow through and be successful in reaching those goals that we set for ourselves.

Bring it on......... let's go........

Happy New Year!!!

This year, I have resolved to loose the 25 pounds I gained when I quit smoking cigarettes.
I look forward to posting here and reading here, getting the support I need. I did indeed substitute eating for smoking. Worst thing was finding a Japanese buffet with the BEST sushi! That was in the city, and I've moved home now, to the burbs. But, they just opened one here too! Fortunately, it's not as good as the one in the city, so, it won't be that big of a temptation for me! LOL!

Today, I was very, very bad! Had seafood spaghetti leftovers for breakfast. Then a cheeseburg and onion rings for lunch. Had a clementine for a snack and chicken, stuffing, gravey, cranberry sause and creamed spinich for supper! A piece of baklava, (SIL made it), and cookies for desert. ughhh! I feel sick! This is what I want to STOP doing!
And because I had some drinks last night, I accomplished NOTHING all day! So, I'm not happy with myself.

Tomorrow is the first day of the rest of my life.

Shalom!
