Weekend

It is good to see everyone still here. I have switched shifts at my job and am now on the night shift. I am finally getting used to this time.
My eating has been terrible. But my main concern was getting used to jet lag. It is now 4:30 a.m. and my Friday!!!!!
Now that I am finally awake, I can concentrate on my eating and turning it over to my higher power. I haven' t even been able to go to my meetings.
It feels like all I have done is work, sleep and eat. Barely, functioning.
You guys are a source of great inspiration to me. I love to read what you write.
Get this, we have internet access at work and we can use it. But certain things are blocked. This site was blocked for a while. I thought, of all things to block, something that can and does really help people. Well, it in not blocked now and hopefully will stay that way. So hope everyone has a great day!!
Love

Great to see you back. Adjusting to a new schedule can be difficult. Hope to see more of you soon.

Yep - one day at a time.
