Well today is Tuesday and all is going pretty well for this week. I have made it to the gym the last two mornings. I also stepped up my workout just a bit more with a few minuets on the Ellipeical machine. For those who don't know what that is.....it's like the cross country skiing. Boy was that a workout. It burns calories faster than the treadmill, but I don't last as long on that as I do the treadmill. I'll be working up time on it. For breakfast I had a bagel and yogurt. Not too bad. Well time to hit the showers and get back to work. Hope everyone has a great day!

I will not let my emotions get the best of me. I will eat only when hungry and stop when I have had enough. I am upset right now about a situation with my mom, I will not let my emotions get the best of me...repeat it over and over Pauline!!! Pony - I have one of those machines I bought from a friend. it is in my shed that is a heck of a work out. I keep telling myself I have to build up to that one. I was talking with my sponsor the other day and she said she stayed on it for 13 mintues at the gym the other day. I am amazed when I see women on it for like 45 or an hour. That is my goal, to use that machine with out passing out LOL! I did not go to the gym today, I was on the phone for over and hour with a friend catching up this morning and it threw my whole day off, I used that as an excuse not to go. I will go tomorrow the minute I wake up (Okay after a cup of coffee). Okay I typed for a while now and I feel a little better.
