Hi Guys, I had a slip for the past couple of weeks and was not not eating too healthy at all. I am very unhappy in my job just now and depite my efforts to find a new job, nothing is coming soon enough. I know that I need to just have faith that the right job will come at the right time, but it gets so frustrating sometimes, and when I get frustarated I eat and eat. I am getting back on track again, slowly but surely. Does anyone else here wake up during the night, craving chocolate? I have done for years now,and despite all of my efforts during the day, I can't seem to control my night time binges. Love Val :-) ------------------ |

Hi Val -I don't really wake up in the night craving anything, but it is usually about 8 -9pm that my cravings get bad. I have done really good for th last 3 days, but not very good today either. but I am not giving up and you shouldn't either. We have to support each other. God bless. Pauline

Hi Val, Night time is one of my worse times as well. I don't ususally wake up craving food, but before I go to bed and the house is quiet, I feel the urge to raid the refig. During the day I am to busy working or running errands or something that I don't think of food. Sometimes even forget to have lunch, but when night comes...... look out! What I do is to keep myself busy with some sort of project. Anything that is going to occupy my mind and hands. lol Just keep trying, don't give up! Pony
