Is there anybody out there... A weird dream

Well, here I sit, alone again for the day. Past 5 days I have regressed but feel sure I'm going to get back on track. Was finally able to sleep last night. Listen to this cool dream I had... Well, it started out when I was walking down this busy street and a burgundy van pulled up with these two girls that I was friends with in highscool, only they were saying nasty things like,"Eww! We heard you're a gross bulimic!! We're going to kick you a##!" I flipped them off and they sped away. I continued walking until I was at this neat restaraunt. I went inside and the two girls were there but they had changed there tune. Now they were saying,"Where have you been? We missed you!..." So, after talking to them I found myself in the bathroom putting on make-up and re-organizing this huge bag of stuff that I seemed to be living out of. It had clothes, newspapers, haircare products, and my med. in it. In the middle of organizing this bag, I glanced up and saw this sweet, little girl about 3 yrs. old laying on a bed in the corner covered with a red blanket. I immediately was filled with so much love towards her. I went over and took her hand. She was freezing!! I asked her if she needed help and she said that she had been lost for 2 days and was starving. She was very dirty and had no shoes on. I picked her up and was going to take care of her but I realized I had to go back to the rest. and had a lot of things to do. Although it made me very sad and guilty to do this I took her to a bus stop and left her with an aged, kindly looking ticket taker. I set her down and walked away thinking, "Well, I could not have taken care of her anyway." I felt really sad . Then I woke up! Too weird. Very introspective for my subconscious, I think.

Hey Julia, now you know why I call myself sleepdemon... I always have insane freaky dreams. I think the little girl is me too,however I also think the ticket taker was my mom. Maybe she'll have to continue taking care of me until I can. As for it being in a rest.--there's a no brainer. I was pleased I wasn't eating in the dream, though. Being in the bathroom and putting on make-up, well the bathroom is where I spend most of the time, Well, I'm trying to stay out of it, especially after I eat..... Well, Anyway, thanks for the response! How are you doing?having an exceptionally hard time these days. It's 4am and I just chopped all my hair off with some teeny, tiny nose hair clippers!!! I look AWFUL. It's a good thing I'm in hiding!!

Thanks firefly. I'm trying to hold on. I'm really mad at myself for hacking my hair off. I've found that if I cannot throw-up or drink I end up hurting myself physically. My wrists have only been healed 2 months and now I don't have any hair. I sure hope I don't do something more drastic... I will have to go back to sleep to refrain from doing something rash. Sleep is always "the band-aid"when my depressive episodes hit. See ya' when I wake-up.

I'm not usually on very early in the a.m.

I've been thinking about your dream. I think it has many layers. It's cool that you were taking care of yourself in the bathroom, instead of doing other things. I also agree that the girl might be you. I think it's interesting that you picked her up, took the time to bring her somewhere,& brought her to a person who knows something about travel, instead of leaving her alone in the bathroom.
