I have been home from school for about a month and relized that now being home the bulimia has started again. I am currently taking medication for depression and seeing a therapist. However, I just can't stop the binging and purging. I just want control. Can anyone help me overcome this obsession with food and help me take one step towards eating healthy and normal again. Thanks, Shay |

Unfortunetely, no one can do it for you, You have to do it for yourself. Does any of your family or friends know about your problems? Have you looked for any meetings or support groups in your area? that would be a start and you could do that with out any of your family or friend knowing, if you didn't want them too. You need to find some help some where, binging and purging isn't the answer. There are people out there with the same problems, for me it's not binging, it's not eating anything at all, and believe me I struggle everyday. take care and help yourself, it won't be easy, but your worth it. |
