hello all. I have been battling binge eating probably my whole life but became acutely aware of the degree of the disease during the past 2-3. I am powerless over food (carbs) especially between 8-12 at night. Once I start, I don't stop until I'm bursting at the seams glad to be here |

Glad to have you here. This is a good place to come in and kick around instead of going through your refrig. and cupboards. There are lots of us around here that have that very same challange with food. So just jump right in and we can get to know one another. Welcome

Welcome. That is one of my weak points too. Eating after dinner and around 2-3 pm. Hard to control. Been limiting myself lately though.

Hi Ned, Welcome to the Eating Disorders Forum of SR. Sorry that I'm coming to welcome you so late. I hope that you'll keep coming back. We need each other for the support only someone who's been there can give. I too, am a binge eater and my worst time is at night also. I totally understand what you're going through. I can tell you from my personal experience that there is hope of recovery. You will have to work a recovery program to get there, though. Part of that recovery program is coming here to be with others who can support and encourage you. Keep coming back.
