Hi cuddles, and Welcome to SR and particularly the Eating Disorders Forum. I haven't personally dealt with purging. I hope that some that have will be along soon to help you. In the meantime, I would personally have to do whatever it took to get to where there were people and go where there are things going on that has nothing to do with food. Maybe go for a hike or a bike ride. Maybe just go for a walk outside. With a friend if possible. I think that you need to try and jerk your mind off of that and put something immediately in its place. I do know that it will be hard, but do it anyway. Your life depends upon it. Please keep coming back here and reading everything and posting here as much as possible. I would suggest that you read the Stickys at the top of this page because there is so much information that is posted there. There is also a Bulimia thread started by Done-with-it, that is full of readings that are written by others that have dealt with this kind of eating disorder. I'm sure that you'll find a whole lot of useful information there. Hang in there. You can do this. Just try to for one hour at a time first and then move it up for only five minutes at a time. Just try. You can do it, if only for one minute at a time. (((((((((((Thinking of You Hugs))))))))))))
