Eric Berg 7 principles

with body types and hormones.....sounds very interesting....

I would be interested in hearing how that works.
As you know, I went gluten, dairy, and sugar free to lose 30 pounds, I still had 15 before i would be exactly where I would want to be..so last Saturday I started the Eat Right For your Blood type diet..which operates based on the philosophy that your blood type and hormones regulate how your body burns and uses fat..so each blood type should eat and avoid very specific foods!

This diet rocks. Ive lost 5 of my 15 last pounds since Saturday!

So, I think the hormone theory has something to it!

That does sound very interesting, I am interested in reading this book. Maybe it is an e-book at the library, and you can download it. hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
