| Prayers Please
Things have been going so well.. God has been very good to me. We have struggled, but I am alive, and really, I am well, compared to what I was. But tonight, I am asking you all to PLEASE, PLEASE, say a prayer for me. I am really struggling. I am not quite sure why, and I am not craving, but I don't feel so well. I am once again, strugglling with anxiety. It's pretty bad tonight. I just can not rest tonight. I fee almost life I did when I was coming off drugs, but I'm not coming off drugs,, thank you god.. I would very much appreciate if you could add me to your prayers, please.. I do believe in the power of prayer. Thanks, Love, Becky

Thank you all so much!! Last night, I was praying, and you all must have also prayed for me as well,. God is good.  MY anxiety calmed right down, and I was able to sleep, and earlier than I normally do. So thanks much, to god, but also to you,, Love, Becky

When I had an anxiety attack the other night I went into my usual prayers. I noticed that the anxiety left and I was so at peace. It has such a calming effect. There is something to “Peace through prayer.” I believe, I truly do believe. Hope all is quiet and well now. ___________  Beck |

Hey Becky.... Yeah.. I reach for God as well when my anxiety start up now... One night.. I had to take the cross down from the wall.. and I just held it all night.... I felt this peace and feeling of safety and contentment fill me whenever I was holding it... And he is there every minute of the day and night... there for us... Bless you gurl.. for reaching out and getting love and support for your shaky times... |

ah sweetie, you will come through this. Take deep breaths and just know that good days are ahead. My daughter was having a bad time last night, as well. Today is better. Things seem to be worse, at night.....but the daylight comes and with it, comes the peace.

Thanks so much to all of you wonderful people. I love you all very much. Youre prayers mean so much to me. Prayer is so powerful, GOD is so powerful. I knwo it's me is weak. I must rely in god. Night always seems worse. I do have days though, when sleep has been worse than normal, that my anxiety is pretty bad, but nights are worse. I just have to keep the faith, and keep praying. It just helps to come here, and talk about it. Thanks for that. Lots of love, Becky
