romans 8:31-34, the living bible. what can we ever say to such wonderful things as these? if God is on our side, who can ever be against us? 32 since he did not spare even his his own son for us but him up for us all, wont he also surley us everything else? 33 who dares accuse us whom GOD has chosen for his own? will GOD ? NO! he is the one who has forgiven us and given us right standing with himself. 34 who than will condemn us? will christ? NO! for he is the one who died for us and came back to life again for us and is sitting at the place of highest honor next to GOD, pleading for us ther in heaven.

ISAIAH 40:30-31. Even the youths shall be exhausted, and the young men will all give up. 31- But they that wait upon the lord shall renew their strenth. they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall run and not faint.

Hebrews 2:18 For since he himself has now been through suffering and temptation, he knows what it is like when we suffer and are tempted, and he is wonderfully able to help us. Hebrews 4:16 So let us come to the very throne of God and stay there to receive his mercy and to find grace to help us in our times of need. Nehemian 8:10 it is a time to celebrate with a hearty meal and to send presents to those in need, for the joy of the Lord is your strength. And of course Psalm 23 The Lord is my shepard; I shall not want He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul. He leads me in the paths of righteousness For his name's sake Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For you are with me; Your rod and your staff they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me All the days of my life; And I will dwell in the house of the Lord Forever Everything except Psalm 23 is TLB and the Psalm 23 is NKJV. I first memorized it in that and now none of the other versions seem right to me.

The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do his commandments: his praise endureth for ever. Psalms 111:10 (KJV) Fear = Respect, reverence, and acceptance

| Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? .. No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.~~ Romans 8:35-37 This is really beautiful because it is saying that no matter what we have to face in life, the love of Jesus will stay with us thru it all. Now, that is love! |

Yet I am always with you; you hold me by my right hand. You guide me with your counsel, and afterward you will take me into glory. Whom have I in heaven but you? And earth has nothing I desire besides you. My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever. -- Psalm 73:23-26 |

| [Jesus said] "Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it. -- Matthew 7:13-14 |

"Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye? How can you say to your brother, 'Let me take the speck out of your eye,' when all the time there is a plank in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother's eye." -- Matthew 7:3-5 |

| When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze. For I am the LORD, your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior .... -- Isaiah 43:2-3 |

Therefore, since we are justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have obtained access to this grace in which we stand; and we boast in our hope of sharing the glory of God. And not only that, but we also boast in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not disappoint us, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit that has been given to us. For while we were still weak, at the right time Christ died for the ungodly. Indeed, rarely will anyone die for a righteous person—though perhaps for a good person someone might actually dare to die. But God proves his love for us in that while we still were sinners Christ died for us. Much more surely then, now that we have been justified by his blood, will we be saved through him from the wrath of God. For if while we were enemies, we were reconciled to God through the death of his Son, much more surely, having been reconciled, will we be saved by his life. But more than that, we even boast in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received reconciliation. Romans 5:1-11
