Life is great. Some times you think its hard and when you realy need some thing Jesus is there.example, My best freind is still a active pot head and he mom needed a place to live so he opened his door. She has been there for several mo. she helps him with the bills and gives money all the time some times her last dollar, I think she would do with out just so he could have.She reads and prays daily. It works it was around Christmasand she was broke,she prayed she would have some money come to her so she could have a good Christmas to be able to buy for her grand kids and her loved ones. I also prayed for her and so did her son.2 weeks befor Christmas she hit a 2500 pot at the odd fellows lodge. Bingo is not the answer but for her at the time it was for her. Normaly for weekly enteraiment she win zip and spends alot. The group is there to help the people that need the help as long as the bord members agree.I my self have been reading alot and praying We dont have alot but when it comes time for me to go to NA or a group 35 miles 1 way the money comes to us, The other day my only car was shakeing realy bad I was told it would be around 3 or 4 hundred to fixed. I did pray hard and the next day or so it got worse. at that point I did not worry I new God would not let me down as long as I did what he asked. So it was pay day now.Had to pray again, 3 days short on my check. Isaid to my self it will be ok. payed my fines Ua fees gas. I for got My car stoped 6 miles from my house at 7 am 17 degrees out I started to walk and pray it will be ok. I got a ride shortly . I got home and prayed. My gas gauge was off gave my brother in law 11 for for his needs gas for my car . Thurs night was group 70 miles around trip the car felt like it was comming apart. I prayed it would make it. It did went to work 7 miles away. oh also gave my mother in law 100 for her just because she nenver told me and my wife no when we needed. Now i have only $30 left on the day after payday, Back to my way to work got in the lot and had a blow out. It will be ok we get tested all the time. Got a ride home gave my wife my last $20 and my brother in law got me a used tire.Its now Tues morning Tonight I go to court tonight, Monday morning did not have gas to go I prayed again,Monday night it worked my Mother in law won some money and gave us 20 for or needs, Thank you Jesus. The point is Read your bible, pray, And most imporant have faith in Jesus, In time things will come dont give up. Accrpt life on lifes terms. He will nenver give us more then we can handle, Last of all my wife is still active meth user and I pray some day soon she will ask for help and admitt she is powerless over her addiction, I ask god to keep me clean meanwhile and he has for 155 days. THANK YOU JESUS. Lord I ask you now give the power and the tools you have given me to all that read this post. Stay clean you can do it JUST HAVE FAITH.......................

Great post Mike.Your faith is inspiring - I am a bit worried about work at the moment, I know I just need to take it to the Lord in prayer and leave it there. God is very, very good. We just need to have faith. Thanks for the reminder.
