I took my last Norco about 38 hours ago and since have taken a couple of Ultram I had lying around (7 over 24 hour period) I feel pretty bad. Most of the pain and discomfort seems like it is in my brain??? I donâ€™t know. Bad dreams and very sad and scared. I know I deserve what I am going through for not listening to God and the Holy Spirit. Oh well. I f anyone reads this please pray for me.

I am so sorry you are hurting. I too have felt like I "deserve" it when I have not listened to God.

BUT, I don't think that is correct thinking, it is just that our disobedience is a consequence, which is way different than something we "deserve".

Does that make sense? I hope so.

Everybody fails, everybody disobeys. God said we would and made provision for it, but that doesn't mean we won't have to face some of the pain.

I believe that He is merciful and buffers so much more of the hurt than we realize too.
I am praying for you today.

God loves you. He loves you all day, every day. He can't help it. You are His child, His creation. If He had a fridge, your picture would be on it. If you were the only person on earth, He still would have sent His Son to the cross for your sins, to pay the price for you. You are precious in his sight, loved, perfect, acceptable in every way. He gave you the most precious gift there is: life.

No child ever listens to his earthly father all the time. We all rebel against all authority. Read Exodus for examples of how His chosen people rebelled against Him.

Stop the drugs. See a doctor. Get help. Then get ready for a miracle. God has work for you to do. He can reach you more easily if you're not impaired.

Turn your life around. It's not easy, but it's worth it. God loves you. God needs you.

Remember, I'm pulling for you and praying for you. We're all in this together.

Hi slider, Sorry you are feeling so bad. I'm not sure if you are seeking help but, if not please give yourself a chance. The fact you are posting here is an example of God wanting to help you. He gives us the chance, we must use it. He won't give up on you,even if you give up on yourself. Don W
