I need to tell you all what happened

Sunday,July 12th at 2:00 Pm
a couple of friends of mine and myself was going to meet some folks from a country Holiness Church at a lake in Moore County,NC and we was going to get baptized. We arrived at 1:45 Pm.
There was 2 trucks there.I sensed something powerful in the "air" as soon as we got out of the car. Then the cars started rolling in,and we ended up with about 25-30 people there.
5 of whom was Holiness Preachers.
They read the Bible, prayed and we went in the water, and they prayed some more.We got dunked and out we came and fellowshipped some more...

The time came to leave and we hopped into our cars..then i noticed something...different...something had happened to my mind during all of this.
I had no desire for tobacco in any form.i have smoked for 35 yrs,at least 2 packs daily...and then all of a sudden, the desire was removed....have not had a cig, cigar or chew of tobacco since before the baptism....thank God......and there seems to be something different in my head....anxiety's have vanished...and I have been feeling great...wow...what a spiritual experience...all i can say is wow and thank you God

Sounds like some of the baptisms we have in the Ozarks. I have seen where we gather at the river, eat, sing a few songs, and then have a baptism service. After, some go home, some go swiming, and some of us wade and fish.

I remember a preacher once told me that "God doesn't count against us, the days that we go fishing."
