| I am celebrating my one month of sobriety today. I have been a Christian since I was nine years old but have had Him nailed to the wall as I walk out the door for such a long time. It's really nice to be back in His word and praying to Him ceaselessly throughout each day. It's nice to be seeking His will, not my own for the first time in many years. He is the only One who can bring me from the depths of my alcoholic pain and agony. He is the only One who can save me from myself. I am looking forward to getting to know many from this website and from this group especially. Love, Christina ![]() |

| Congratulations Congratulations on your one month of sobriety! Congratulations, as well, on coming back to the Lord. Full surrender to Him is the only way I could have gotten sober 3 1/2 years ago. Are you involved in any type of 12 step recovery program? If not AA, perhaps there is a Celebrate Recovery in your area. Ken |
