Am I angry b/c I cannot control my food intake, OR am can I not control my food intake b/c I am angry, that is the question. I really have no clue & it is driving me crazy. It is a vicious cycle. A never ending vicious cycle & I am also looking into co dependent issues. I have recently heard that term and am trying to figure out if I have those tendencies as well. I just know that for today, I am not handling it all very well. I am tired, really tired of all the struggling. So tired of not handling things right, so tired of not being able to stay focused on God. So tired both physically & mentally. Thanks for listening.

Food, anger, alcohol, emotions, .... Doesn't matter what it is I can't control because the answer is the same for each one.
