I posted in another forum a week or so ago about my stepson who had been injured in Iraq. I just returned from out of town to find a letter from my ex (his dad & my youngest's dad) explaining the details. It is bad, worse than bad. He is in very critical condition. I am asking for prayers from anyone and everyone who prays. He will be only 20 yrs old next month. Thank you all.....

Having a marine son that went there and is now home as well as having a Navy son who is on active duty in the Navy at this moment...well you know where my heart is at and from my heart comes the prayers.

I do have more information on his condition.....actually specifics.....

Here's the latest on my stepson....He was driving the Humvee and a roadside bomb went off and got them. He got shrapnel (sp?) in all of his upper body, face, right eye, chest, back and arms. Broke the bone above or around his left eye (unclear on this really), burned 32% of his body. They flew him to Germany to remove some of the shrapnel and stabalize him. They then flew him to Brooke Army Hospital in San Antonio. He can hear cuz he moves his toes when they talk to him. They did another very long surgery last week on his eyes. A very fragile, long tedious procedure. When he woke up he had his eyes sewn shut, can NOT imagine that at all how scarey huh? I appreciate all the prayers you can send up for him....thank you all
