I need a inmediately prayer is the building in where I live is a private section of the east side of the BRONX,N.Y is a residential area and I never live in a residential area I usually come from corparative building owner's where if u need maintnance u call the management company and they will call the supper on call 2 fix or address the sittuation and where I'm at now is beutiful area quiet no hang out or negative activities if u know what I mean but like they say becareful 4'r what u wish 4'r because u myte get it 4'r the pass 5 yrs. I've been prayin'g 4'r aprivate quiet area away from the people place's and thing's I finally got it but is not the all american dream I know we can get everything we want but this private 3 floor building is a nightmare not the building the group of team in charge of it the landlord and the supper they don't provide us tenant with good service if is not the heat is so many thing's that need 2 b fix and it just depreses me because we pay rent just like any lawfully by citizen, let us pray

I would think NY is the same as Boston. If you have a problem and repeatedly tell them it needs be fixed and it is a health risk... a call to the city would have them get things done.
Ask first and maybe type out what is wrong and give it to them in writing. If they still don't get things done or don't give you a reasonable time that they will get it done... at that point I would make some calls to the city and see what can be done.

u so verry much but I try all that and went I confronted the lady landlord 4'r get it she is rude and desrespectfull and I'm in recovery and BIPOLAR so u could imagene the gemick's of emotion's that runtruogh me I just can do this we bipolar's are verry smart but our emotionally quote is not so good

Yes, yoru landlord is wrong, and I pray for your benefit, and theirs, when they someday have to explain to God their wrong treatment of people, that they change their ways..

I looked online, and I don't know if it will help, but here is what I found.
New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal - DHCR

Try looking through that site. Its the site for the housing development in New York. They are normally the ones to go to with this type of problem. At least around here they are. I also read that the headquarters are located in the Gertz Plaza in Queens, if you can get there, or call. I mean I would read that site first, but they may have some info for you at the site, and/or the headquarters.??
