New thoughts on Campral

I thought it wasn't working but now I can see that it is. When I have any wine at all, all I want to do is go to sleep. I'm unable to even get a buzz, it's relaxing but then that's the end, soon I'm asleep.

It took 3 full weeks for it to work. I've bought alcohol this last week (a box of wine) drank 3 small glasses then threw the rest of the box out. I've done that 3 times. And tonight I had a bottle of wine I threw out, after falling asleep shortly after drinking a couple of glasses. I'm unable to feel the feelings I'm used to feeling.

I hope eventually I'll just quit buying it. The other thing I could do is quit taking Campral, I suppose that would show me what's really important.

I'd rather be feeling tipsier than sleeping so I throw it out.

I was sober for 22 years and relapsed 3 years ago and this has been a heck of a battle for me.
