30 days clean today!

Today I have 30 days clean and sober and I am feeling very grateful. Yesterday at church our pastor had a time to come forward and ask for prayer after service and I decided to go forward. I shared with him what had been going on with me and he just prayed for me and was very loving and told me to about finding a Godly woman in church with whom I could confide in. It was really nice to be able to just pour out my heart.... and receive prayer for.

Secondly I so very grateful because my hubby went snowmobiling alone last night and when he didn't come back within just a half hour or so I felt a check in my spirit that something was not right, and I drove out and found him walking a 1/2 mile thru waist high snow having had to leave the snow mobile in our woods due to getting stuck. I really thought he was seriously injured and he was fine. :-) Thank you Jesus! He was very tired from walking all that ways, but he was fine. I have much to be grateful for today.

God is good all of the time!

Blessings, Sheila <><

Congradulations on your 30 days.

Most of the people at my church know about my addiction and they have been really great with kindness support and prayers. I wouldn't have it any other way.

I'm glad things turned out well with your husband, that was some scary stuff.

When my congragation found out about my meth addictions some were disappointed because I relaspsed once. But above all the most wonderful words I heard from them were I and We still love you no matter what. Thats the grace of God shining through..

Congrats on your 30 days! You have inspired me to try and do the same. Keep up the good work and think about how much better off we will be this time next year.
