My advice & what helps me when I am in my "down" times is to make myself pray more & delve into the word more. Pray for God to strengthen your faith. Surround yourself with a support group. Call someone & ask them to pray for you. Make a list of how God has blessed you or been faithful to you in the past & thank Him. Just a few ideas. Hope they help.

Sweetpea gave some good ideas. I would only add this... We all have good days and other days. On the days I am feeling down, I may need force myself to seek out my joy. One of the ways I do that is by listening to some Christian praise music and sing along when I feel inspired to do so.
