prayers please

Hello friends. I would appreciate your prayers for my son and mr cmc.

My son has an infection on his leg that he said looks like staph. He has diabetes which can cause infections to be difficult to treat. Blood glucose levels can be affected by the stress of infection and that in itself can cause some serious problems too.

Mr cmc hurt his shoulder at work and is at the doctor right now. Please pray that there will be no complications due to his MS.

Please also pray for me....to have faith, hope, patience and strength.

Thanks to the Lord and to all of you who have responded and prayed!
I have good news about mr cmc and double good news about my son.

My hubby was told his shoulder is only sprained and that he may require some physical therapy if after a few days the rest and heat don't work. I'm happy it's not something worse and we can keep praying for a complete healing as he is still having pain. It doesn't appear to be related to the MS- although the severe spasms that come with that condition are strong enough sometimes to do serious damage, he knows how he twisted it while at work.

I just spoke with my son and he said he almost cancelled his dr appt because the infection was starting to look better. He hasn't had a checkup with a gen. practitioner in many years. He decided to go anyway and the dr not only examined his leg but also a growth on his hand that appeared a couple years ago. The dr did a CAT scan on the hand and is going to drain it tomorrow! So....he now has his own GP, his leg is better and this huge thing on his hand and wrist will be taken care of.

I'm so happy! The longer he is clean and sober the better things get for him and for the rest of the family too.

update:
Today's procedure was painful and unsuccessful so the doctor has referred my son to a hand surgeon. He was told that it would probably be a small incision with just a few stitches. I appreciate your continued prayers.
