Prayers please - SoberRecovery : Alcoholism Drug Addiction Help and Information

A very good friend of mine has passed away.
She fought a good fight against a recurring, aggressive cancer and is now at rest with the Lord.
She left behind a teenager and two grown children.
Please pray for her family, and for me as I grieve the loss of my friend.

And Dear Father..I pray for those these that remain..the family..comfort them with

the warmth and peace that only You can give..that only You know how to give.

And please fold my dear sis cmc in you wings tonight..and in the days of missing her

firend to come, let her feel the warmth of your great Love and peace..let it abide and sustain

as the tears fall.

CMC,

I am so sorry for the loss of your friend. Also for the children she left behind. I am glad she fought the good fight and is with the Lord, but it is always hard for those left behind. I pray that the Lord would be glorified even now through her death. In Jesus name, AMEN.

Thanks so much for all the prayers. Her memorial service is tomorrow afternoon, and will be the first time I've had any contact with her daughter since before her mom died.
Please continue to pray.

Dear cmc, I pray for strength and hope and peace, for feeling gods love surrounding you and especially those left behind, the children. I pray that they do not get bitter, desperate, but that they know they will see their mother again, one day.
