i have often felt a tingling in recovery meetings and at times like now, i get this churning warm burning radiating flux through my heart core and it feels healing but ive noticed that if i sort of massage my heart it stirs up a healing energy which seems to make other people heal when i touch them and it floods along my arms and through to them. does anyone relate to this?

thank u, despite knowing god is real and there its another thing to really trust and let go. thankful for the steps to allow church to reach me.
