| It's been a while..
Hi just as I said, it's been a while since I have been around, and posted. Things have been about the same in my life. That can be a good thing, but also not such a good thing. I know that I should be progressing much more in my life. I haven't, and I have trouble reaching out and talking about it, and just reaching out for help. I have not used, my recovery is going well, as far as using, just getting on with life that I need help with. I hope this makes sense. My life is so inconsistant, in pretty much every way. Please pray along with me.. I need to work harder on my life, and I need Gods help. I also am seeing a doctor Wednesday, and I would greatly appreciate prayers, that he will see me. I am putting this in Gods hands, as he was my doctor, but I was sent to the collection agency by his clinic recently, and I am not sure he will see me, but he is the prescriber of a certain medication that I take, that not many other doctors can prescribe. Please would you keep this in your prayers. Thanks so much. I love you all,, God Bless Becky :praying

Even if life's inconsistent it's better than being crazy. No matter what happens my sponsor say's "it's where God wants you to be". It makes me mad- but I have to accept it. I'll pray for you with faith and love God bless:

Hi Becky, Wow, it is wonderful to hear from you. you are in my prayers. Let us know how it goes. God is with you. God is unchanging... he is faithful and he always keeps his promises. God promises that he is with you through everything that you have to go through. (( hugs )) it just made my night hearing from you! |

Hey Becky, SOrry I am coming in on this after the fact of the doctor's appt. I hope all went well. It is good to hear from you. I am glad to hear that your recovery is well. Please let us know how everything went Wednesday.

As with sugarssweetpea I am sorry I came to this thread so late. I am very glad to see you post here. Speaking only for me, I have gone through times where my progress did not move forward as quickly as I would like. I think that is normal to some extent, our brains need to catch up and process what we have learned. Also, just like any other part of our body, our minds (and soul) need rest every now and again. Yes, it is frustrating, but once I realized this I accepted it as part of my recovery. We can't progress in leaps and bounds all the time, we need rest just like kids do in between growth spurts.
