You say: "Nobody really loves me"

God says: "I love you" (John 3:16 & John 13:34)

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.

That is a tough command.
You want me to love...him even or her even?

and the Lord says yes...Just as I loved you when you were deep in your own sin.

Only with the love that the Lord has placed in my heart am I able to love myself and once I realized that I am good enough for God to love...just as I am... I soon found that His love flows and I can love others. Not of my own power but because of the love that the Lord fills me with. Without Jesus I am nothing

I've found as well that it is easier to love others when you understand the true meaning of unconditional love which is to do (look out for) what is in the best interest of the other person. It helped me greatly to not see love as a mushy feeling. I cannot feel the mushy feeling about many, but I can through the power of Jesus Christ look out for & do what is in the best interest of someone else like Jesus does for me.
