Unanswered Prayers?

[Grasshopper]

God always hears our prayers,
and He always answers us.
But He doesn't always give us what we want.
He does,though,
always give us what's best.
It's important to remember
that no matter how God answers our prayers,
He deserves our thanks.
We might not understand the reasoning
behind His response.
We might not appreciate the wisdom of His answer.
We may not even quite believe
that He really knows what He,s doing.
But He does,know better than any of us.
And we can trust Him.
He will never let us out of His care.
It takes courageous ---faith
to thank God for His answer
when it isn't exactly what we want,
or to thank Him for our problems
before we begin to see His solution.
But thats what trusting God is all about.

Good post. Thank you. We had a sunday school lesson on this recently... God always answers our prayers... YES, NO, or not now. God sees the big picture where as we usually only see the moment. He does know what is best, and will take care of us if we'll trust him.

I think I will refer to it daily. I need to remember that when I take God out of the driver's seat, and put myself there, I get into major trouble. He does know well best. Whether I understand or not.
