Prayers requested.

The recovery house opens on monday. I am starting to get a little bit anxious. I am starting to feel impatient, I want things to move faster, like....NOW!

I am also a little fearful that we may not get residents.

Please pray for patience for me, and success for the house.
Thanks.

Laurie

When we bought our house a few months back, the day we signed on the house I went around blessing and dedicating the house to God.
I dipped my finger in olive oil and above each door I figerpainted a cross with my fingertip. On the glass to the enterance door I did the same at the top section of the glass. The oil is clear and doesn't harm the paint and it is my constant reminder that...

As for me and my house, we shall serve the Lord.

Joshua 24:15
"If it is disagreeable in your sight to serve the LORD, choose for yourselves today whom you will serve: whether the gods which your fathers served which were beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you are living; but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD."

Acts 16:15
And when she and her household had been baptized, she urged us, saying, "If you have judged me to be faithful to the Lord, come into my house and stay." And she prevailed upon us.

Laurie

The Lord will bring many for you to help.

I already talked to the owner about having a priest come over and bless the house. He said "Hey, all the help we can get". So I am going to contact the local parish and have someone come over and pray over the house.

I have an interview with a woman on Thursday night. She is interested in the house manager position which is exactly what I have been looking for first. I am so excited.

Thank you Jesus and thank you all for your prayers.
