| husband had his surgery yesterday.
My husband had another hernia surgery yesterday. It was a long night in the Post op. His Pulse oxygen levels wouldn't come up, and they wouldn't release him until they did. I called my parents (they had my youngest son) and told them they might be keeping him. We got home a little after 10, and my dad brought my son home. He was so excited to tell me that when he heard that his dad might have to stay in the hospital, he prayed and "Mom, It Worked!!" Dad came home. He said "And I was even praying in a gas station and it still worked" It was great. It was the perfect opening for me to start a conversation with him about prayer and God. Anyway, my husband is doing well. He is in alot of pain, he can't sleep, but he is in good spirits. We are both seeing a light at the end of the tunnel with this surgery. laurie

Absolutely. I am home again today. Steve is still having pain, and I just feel blah. I can't shake it.
