| Prayer for a lost little boy..
Asking for ALL to pray for a little Boy that has Autism, he is 7 years old, and he has been lost all night. Well, not real sure at this point how long he has been lost, but for sure since at least 6pm. If not earlier. A massive search had been underway for him all night. But I believe it has slowed down for the night. Please also pray for the rescuers, as they have been passing out due to the heat, and exhaustion. This little boy lives down a long country road, that has a couple campgrounds on it, alot of woods, and lakes also. The little boy has Autism, and is not afraid of normal things. He also likes to play hide and seek, and can not talk. He could have went and hid, and went to sleep,, this has made things much harder for the rescuers. There are SO many woods to search. His parents are Christians. So I pray their faith is helping them through this terrible time. I can't imagine how difficult of a time they are having with this, or at least I would have with this.. Please pray for all involved.. Thanks.. ![]() Becky

May the Lord guide them and keep them all safe.

The little boy is still lost today. So terribly sad. It's another hot day here. That doesn't help things. The are bringing in a Military plane to help with the search, and they have "enough" people so they are turning people away. I guess if it were my child, I wouldn't want them to turn anyone away. I know God is with him.. I pray his family is comforted. I will keep you updated.. Thanks, Becky

Wish I had a happier update.. But he is still lost. Quite sad. It's been so terribly hot here, and they are afraid of his condition in this extreme heat. Although the area he is lost in has many swamps, and water. Although the river is so close, it's just such a rough area to be lost in. They said he had no shoes on either. There was one bit of info that was positive,, they found a ball in the search, that they think belonged to him, somewhere in the woods. So at least it's a sign. Before that there had been nothing. Please, if you can remember when you are saying your prayers, his family, and community needs the prayers at this time. Here is a link, incase anyone wants to read about it. I think a link like this is allowed, if not please just remove it. Thanks so much. http://www.waow.com/News/index.php?ID=12792 ![]() Becky

Well I talked to my neighbor tonight, and he has more inside info that I do, and he said that they really feel that he is alive out there. That was really wonderful news!! I was so happy to hear that. They said that they found alot of his foot prints, and they lead to the 10 mile creek, and also to the 7 mile creek, which wouldn't be to bad for him to be drinking out of, so that was really positive They also said that they talked to a doctor, and he said that the little boy could make it out there, even in this heat, for a week and a half, if he is drinking out of the creeks. I wanted to add this link, because this is more positive, and shows the faith involved, and how they really do appreciate all of the prayers. http://www.waow.com/News/index.php?ID=12824 Please read this link, it just makes you feel much better, at least it did me. There was some stronger storms, but they passed quickly today, but the rain was a bit better, it cooled things off a little bit, so that's good too. I know that God has his hand on this litle boy, and is protecting him through the darkness, and through all he is going through. Thanks for the prayers for the family and the little boy. Love, ![]() Becky

Well things were looking so upbeat yesterday, but today bad news. I'm sure it was really hopeful thinking. They just found him. They found him in the 10 mile creek. http://www.waow.com/News/index.php?ID=12845 There will be many, many hurting people over this. I feel so sorry for his family. He comes from a family with like 9 children, and they are deeply commited to God. So I know their faith will help during this time. I do feel bad for the teen siblings that were watching the little boy when he disappered. It is my prayer that they will not blame themselves for his leaving. Please continue to keep this family in your prayers, as they will really need them now. Thanks so much. ![]() Becky

Thank you for your prayers for the family, as well as for the community. This has definately been a long,, frustrating, anxious time for many people, just not knowing if he was out there suffering. Although it isn't a good ending, and for sure not the ending that anyone wanted, at least it is an ending. I mean here on earth for the family, and the community. At least everyone knows that he is not out there in the woods, in the darkness, alone, and afraid. Here is one final link. It has some more uplifing info about the search, and the community. I won't post anymore, but I thought this one was worth posting. Thanks again. Love, Becky
