Another older song as well. THERE'S JUST SOMETHING ABOUT THAT NAME Jesus, Jesus, Jesus There's just something about that name Master, Saviour, Jesus Like the fragrance after the rain Jesus, Jesus, Jesus Let all Heaven and Earth proclaim Kings and kingdoms Will all pass away But there's something about that Name.

I love the old hymns. The history of some of them is incredible, what the composer/author was going through at that time. How about this... On a hill far away, stood an Old Rugged Cross The emblem of suffering and shame..... But I love that old Cross... God bless you all! |

So I’ll cherish the old rugged cross, Till my trophies at last I lay down; I will cling to the old rugged cross, And exchange it some day for a crown. Words & Music: George Bennard, 1913. The Old Rugged Cross was written in ... Albion, Michigan. Or Pokagon, Michigan. Or Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. All three towns claim to be the birthplace of this hymn.
