| Answer to prayer
Do you know I have been at SR since Feb. and I only just realized that there were other forums?? How dense am I, I know?? But I almost broke into tears when I saw Christians in Recovery. This is an answer to prayer--to know there are christians struggling with the same things I struggle with. I can hardly believe it! And not only that but to see familiar names and faces! I hardly know what to say. |

The rain falls on the rightious as well as the unrightious. There are no boundaries as far as alcohol, addictions and the problems or issues they bring. As to what to say... I find "Thank You Lord" comes out so many times without putting thought to what I need say. The joy of the moment, such words have replaced others I used in the past. Thank You Lord.

Well, it's awful early in the morning to start crying. Thanks for the welcome, All! I have like a hundred questions for someone with a christian perspective but I'm going to have to calm myself first! Thanks! |
