Thank You for giving me a spirit of power, love and a sound mind. Thank You for always causing me to triumph in Christ Jesus, and turning curses into blessings. In You I am more than conquerer. Thank Yyou for giving me the ability to think Your thoughts and walk steadfastly in Your ways. Thank You for opening the gates of heaven and pouring out blessings. Thank You for supplying all my needs in accordance with Yyour riches in glory. Thank You for giving me favor with You and with my fellow man. Thank You for freeing me from sickness in body, mind and spirit, and bringing good out of the times when trouble comes. Thank You for giving me a spirit of wisdom and revelation to know the great hope to which I have been called. Thank You for flooding my heart and mind with the light of heaven. Thank You for revealing the immeasurable and unlimited power of God available in me. Thank You for the grace to walk in forgiveness, faithfulness and love. Thank You for opening my eyes to see the needs of my brothers and sisters, opening my ears to their cry, opening my heart to love the wounded and lost, opening my lips to speak of Your love.

Thank you Pernell. These were both beautiful and reminders that Christ died for US and that our sins have already been forgiven. I pray that I can be worthy to accept this gift and live my life according to His will.

A short note.

It's Friday, but Sunday is coming!

Today we remember how much God loves all of us by sending His only begotten Son to die on a Cross and shed His blood for us, and endured a tremendous amount of pain so that we can have eternal life!

On Sunday we can wake up celebrating that there is an empty tomb and proclaim the fact that He is Risen, He is Risen indeed!

When I get back from my O.A. meeting around 12:30pm I will look for my CD's with some of my favorite Easter Songs.

Hi Tom,

I love the song Rise Again. I don't know if you've seen the movie narrated by Dallas Holm where he sings it. It was such a wonderful movie.

I also loved the cartoon, The Prince of Egypt. Those are my favorite to watch at Easter.

Hi MG:

I have not seen the movie.

I received the Jesus Christ as my personal Lord and Savior on Tuesday June 3, 1978 in the evening just beore I left to go to the Young Peoples meeting where I was the GSR. This was 3 days after my 29th birthday and two weeks before my first A.A.
Birthday.

That Saturday I went to a Keith Green concert, from June 7, 1978 until Septmember 30 1978. I had the joy and pleasure of going to concerts by Dalas Holmes, 2nd Chapter of Acts, Sweet Comfort Band, Mike Warneke and Don Francisco.

This was a tremendous time for me. I had been transfered from a ship in Long Beach to the Naval Reserve Station in Fort Smith, AR I am a native Californian. Newly sober and still some stinking thinking. I arrived in Arkansas the first week of April and got saved in June. God definitely had and has a plan for my life.
