| Gridiron Gang...
On Thursday my Wife (St. Karen...) my Daughter Leigh and I went and saw the movie Grid Iron Gang. The movie has special meaning to me and place in my heart. It is based on a true story, and takes place in Camp Kilpatrick, a Youth Corrections Camp in Malibu California. This is one of the facilities I volunteered at as a Youth Chaplain before moving to Utah. I have to admit, the movie did make me homesick, but I know I am right where the Lord wants me at this point in time... The movie is gritty, and does have some language and violence, but it is reality... It was very inspiring and made me even more passionate about the work I now do here with the "at risk youth". I would highly recommend it. Hang loose, Doc.
