meeting schedules

Hi,

Am having some trouble finding meeting schedules. I can see what days, but even looking at threads under those days, lost on most times. Is the info out there and I'm just not looking in the right place?

Thanks!

Need remember we are all volunteers and have lives away from the computer.
If a scheduled meeting doesn't happen, remember the volunteer part of things.

Hi cen,

I'd like to invite you to join our open AA meeting every Sunday at 5:00 PM Arizona time if you can. We're building up a steady crowd of regulars and our topics in past weeks have been interesting and informative.

Hope you'll join us someday!

March 9 - Nov 1, 2008: Arizona time = Pacific time.

Just so everyone knows, Arizona does not observe Daylight Savings Time.

This means that when the rest of the country goes to Daylight Savings Time, Arizona time is the same as Pacific time. Otherwise, Arizona, which is in the Mountain Time Zone, is on Mountain time.

As far as having to remember the "volunteer part of things", does that means that SR doesn't have enough members who are able to commit to chair these meetings? Is it that SR has decided to try and hold on-line meetings and can't find enough people to chair? Or are there people signing up to chair who are unable to fulfill their commitment?

I can't find meeting schedules either. I think that's because there is no published meeting schedule. The link is to a forum in which people try and schedule an on-line meeting.

I believe Astro is doing a regular meeting at 8 pm Eastern/5 pm Pacific time on Sundays.

It means SR is not AA and a few people agreed to volunteer because they want to. It is another informal way that people can add to their off line program.
