getting a little nervous - SoberRecovery : Alcoholism Drug Addiction Help and Information

I am changing jobs, friday was my last day at my old job and tomorrow is my first day at my new job. I am excited about the new job but I am getting a little nervous. I am going back to my roots in a way, I will be working at a small mom and pop hardware store, I have been wanting to get back into this line of work for quite some time. The pay is a little less then my previous job but I will be working more hours which should make up for the pay cut. I am getting really nervous now, not sure why, I think it has to do with not knowing what to expect. I guess I am just venting a little. Thanks for reading.

Hey and congrats on the new job....sounds like fun ...I worked in pharmacy for a long time and always liked working for the mom and pop pharmacy verses the retail giants!!!! It will be fine and you will do a great job...Good luck and have fun tomorrow..

I am getting ready to walk out the door and I am really nervous, I know things will be fine and all but still. I slept last night which really surprised me didnt think I would sleep at all. but here goes, wish me luck.

well I made it through day one and it was great, there is alot to learn but I love it so far. new job that is.
