SOme kind of "mock" roast. Whatever that means. I threw it in a crockpot and cooked the crap out of it. I think it is tender now.  Served with leftover roasted potatoes and green beans from last night.

HOT DOGS (those yummy "Nathan's" ones), with loads of relish, onions & spicy mustard, for baseball's opening day! Oh, and a nice romaine & tomato salad to balance the junk food. (I don't care about baseball, but my guys sure do!  )That rissotto sounds amazing, Lee! MMMMMM! |

Purds, what's up??? I had mcdonalds and didn't feel too guilty about it till I came on here....you all had such yummy dinners, and healthy.....I will make up for my downfall tommorrow.
