Does anyone know how to report bad credit to Equifax, Experian and TransUnion? My tenent is late every month. Always has a "check in the mail," or is "getting a check tomorrow." He's already hurt my credit score by being so late. I couldn't pay my own mortgage on time. (It was because my own car died, and I had to spend all my savings on a car!) As a result, the amount of credit on my credit card was lowered and my interest rate went up. I've had enough. I can't get him out of the house. If I try to do so legally, he doesn't have to pay the rent. It can take over a year. I can't afford it. The laws are all on his side. So, I won't renew his lease on Sept 1st. That's the best I can do right now. I just don't want him getting away with everything. I want his bad credit reported so others are not harmed as I have been. I need this like I need a hole in the head. Shalom!

If you call the credit bureau in your area they will direct you on how to do it. There are services you can join up that will take care of it for you and they can be found on g og gle by typing in "reporting bad credit on tenant." Hope that helps.
