Uses for Cola

Just when you thought you knew everything...

To clean a toilet:

Pour a can of Coca-Cola into the toilet bowl. Let the "real thing" sit for one hour, then flush clean. The citric acid in Coke removes stains from vitreous china.

To remove rust spots from chrome car bumpers:

Rub the bumper with a crumpled-up piece of Reynolds Wrap aluminum foil dipped in Coca-Cola.

To clean corrosion from car battery terminals:

Pour a can of Coca-Cola over the terminals to bubble away the corrosion.

To loosen a rusted bolt:

Applying a cloth soaked in Coca-Cola to the rusted bolt for several minutes.

To bake a moist ham:

Empty a can of Coca-Cola into the baking pan; wrap the ham in aluminum foil, and bake. Thirty minutes before the ham is finished, remove the foil, allowing the drippings to mix with the Coke for a sumptuous brown gravy.

To remove grease from clothes:

Empty a can of Coke into a load of greasy clothes, add detergent, and run through a regular cycle. The Coca-Cola will help loosen grease stains.

It will also clean road haze from your windshield!

funny purrdy....could someone teach me to post pics...Miss Done has introduced me to photo bucket...but that is confusing to this idiot computer person I usually see everytime I look in the mirror....I guess that would be me.

Hi Velvet,

Once you have an account open at photo bucket, you need to upload your picture. At the top where it says add pictures, on the line where it says pictures on the left and browse on the right, click browse and go to the location on your hard drive that you have your picture stored, find the picture you want to use, highlight the picture you want to use and click on submit, that will upload it. Once the picture is uploaded, under the pic is 3 lines of code, highlight the 3rd one Img, then copy it and then paste it into your post. Do a preview to make sure it works and voilla you have a picture. If you need instructions on finding your picture or copy and pasting let me know. I hope this helps.
