How do I find out the average GPA of students in a county vs. other counties? - SoberRecovery : Alcoholism Drug Addiction Help and Information

I'm writing a fairly large paper for this semester's English class. The kind of paper I'm writing is like an overall analysis of my city that I live in and how it fairs with other cities in terms of the grade point average (GPA) of it's students vs. other cities.

I was posting this in this section of these forums to see if any of you might know where to look for information such as this. I don't know if the City Hall could provide me with this information, or if there is some website of validity that I could use.

Any suggestions?
